You may be eligible for Aid and Attendance benefits if you meet the following criteria:
- Over the age of 65
- A veteran, spouse of a living veteran, or the surviving spouse of a veteran
- Served in active military duty for at least 90 days, with at least one day during a designated wartime (e.g., WWII, Korean War, Vietnam War)
- Received an honorable discharge
- Meet the income requirements
- Require assistance with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, or meal preparation
