Marcia Smith-Anderson is the Founder and CEO of Aloma Home Care. A licensed pharmacist with more than 25 years of healthcare experience, she saw firsthand that some of the greatest care challenges happen at home. That understanding led her to establish Aloma Home Care in 2021 to help Greater Houston clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the place they know best.

Jenny ShockleyCare Manager

A Registered Nurse with 26 years of nursing and leadership experience, Jenny oversees the delivery of home care services and supports the care team, ensuring every client receives dependable, person-centered care. Her clinical background brings a nurse’s perspective to caregiver support, quality standards, and helping individuals remain safe and independent at home.

Whitney TurnerCare Manager

With over 12 years of service in the United States Army as a Medic, Whitney developed a strong foundation in patient care, leadership, and dependability in challenging situations. She believes caregiving is more than a job — it is an opportunity to serve others during some of the most important and vulnerable moments of their lives.
